This post just proves how little you know about players that don't play for the Oil. While I agree the Craig Adams, John Madden and George Parros of the the hockey world would be better at the meeting, you're crazy if you think any player is going into the meeting and saying anything but what the NHLPA wants them to say. You clearly left your own emotions and opinions get the better of you in this article.

Does Crosby, wobbly noggin and all, even care if he ever plays again? Likely no. He's set for life. Even with no hockey being played, he continues to rake in the cash by endorsing products. Seems to me I've seen Toews do some bad acting as well.

Yeah, no. Endorsements are fine and dandy, but you're going to tell me Sidney Crosby doesn't want to continue his superstar career and collect ~$104 million? Nobody just walks away from a cool hundred million, nor does a supremely talented athlete simply not care about continuing his career as a generational talent. Anyways, what kind of company is going to get an inactive athlete in a defunct sport for a big money endorsement?

Just terrible.....like always. Cloutier is so full of himself....it's kind of funny. My buddies and I actually have bets on what you will say in your blog by reading the title. You have gotten so predictible that we all know what is going to be in the blog before we read it. Please change it up once in a while so we can continue to play "Cementhead slam".

Sounds like Edmonton (well they're a decent NHL city I guess).

Overall though, I love the tone in which you write Clouts, gotta say that the vast majority of your articles are ones I find entertaining and that I actually agree with.

Crosby brings out the cameras and media. Get the leagues poster boy infront of the camera to let everyone know that the nhlpa "cares". Any possible mutual ground reached by these parties will be quickly lost by bettman and fehr. This is their spotlight and their faces will be printed on every page of a new cba. Good publicity for the PA and that media bunny crosby.
